Personally, I love it!
It is a little sheer, therefore, 4 stars instead of 5. However, it is super glossy and lays perfectly with no smears. This is 2 coats.

Ok, but not for me
I didn’t realize it would be so opaque. 3 layers, and not very easy to apply smoothly. Also, the color washed me out.
