This product has been formulated to dehydrate the nail plate and remove any contaminants on the surface of the nail plate that can block proper adhesion of nail lacquer.
Application: Remove any dust or debris from surface of nail. Apply nail primer to naked nail. Allow to dry 1-2 minutes prior to applying base coat and nail lacquer.

I used Ella and Mila polish plus a top coat and loved the colors, but was having a lot of chipping. I added using this plus the base and their was a huge change.

Using this is so important to the finished look. I used polish without the prep before( not this polish) and it makes a huge difference.
