I ordered this for an Independence Day mani, Unfortunately I ordered it too late, though incidentally it was the only time I've ever ordered from E+M and never had it marked shipped. I got the polish though, so I used it and WOW. This is the first time I've ever experienced a distracting color on my nails, I just couldn't keep from looking at them! I would almost say this would be best used as an accent color, except it's just too beautiful to regulate it to that. Will definitely be used next 4th.

Color is on my ring finger photos taken before cleaning up polish from the skin but great blue color. Works great with “amethyst kiss” layered on top shown on my thumb.
Other polished shown: pinkie- a la nude, ring finger- bags are packed, middle finger- lip stain, pointer finger- amethyst kiss.
I love the entire ella+mila product line…but “Bags Are Packed” is one of my favorites! It is such a pretty, vibrant color. I’ve had a lot of compliments; thanks!! (Sorry about my old, wrinkled hands! 😉)
I really like this color very vibrant. My sister & I are now ready for the 4th of July
