The liquid inside tube was dry. I was surprised - have bought before and was pleased.

    Dried Out Tip

I didn't receive my order for over 7 weeks. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they did not respond for several days. By the time they did respond, they told me to be patient. At that point it had already been 12 days and my order hadn't even arrived at the shipping facility yet. I explained this to customer service, the second time I contacted them about my order that still had not arrived. The day it arrives I receive an email stating, "Do you still want your order?" Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I finally get to using one of the new pens. It is the cuticle removing pen and the tip is completely dried out. I'm not sure if there is even any liquid in the pen at all, so disappointing. I would normally attempt to reach out to customer service, but after my last experience, I wont be doing that. Instead, this will be the last time I order directly from Ella & Mila. Amazon has their products for the same prices, but with free shipping. ;-)
