Treatment will help prevent nail biting and thumb sucking by giving distasteful taste. Can be used over nail polish. Will help with nail growth.
Application:Apply 1-2 generous coats on entire nail, allowing thorough drying of each coat. You may reapply every 2-3 days if bitter taste wears off. After 2 weeks, remove completely and reapply application.
*If planning to apply No More Biting with polish, please follow order: base coat, polish, top coat, then No More Biting as last layer.

Saw this at CVS and decided to try it on a whim. I’m 28 and have been biting my nails my whole life so I figured I’m a lost cause lol but this stuff tastes so horrible I wouldn’t dare put my fingers anywhere near my mouth. I reapply every couple of days because this polish stops the biting but not the anxiety obviously so I still pick my cuticles and all the polish off. Looks like a normal clear coat and smells like normal polish.
i’ve only used it for a day so far but i haven’t bit them all day! the polish is absolutely disgusting but it’s perfect to motivate me not bite them! will definitely use a lot more :).
This product works for me. The only negative thing I can really say is that you must be aware of the hand to mouth. You cannot lick your fingers to clean them up. It took me hours to get the taste out of my mouth lol. That just means it's doing it's job.
It’s definitely bitter and it has stopped me from biting my nails multiple times
it tastes horrible so i can finally grow my nails out
