This product has been formulated to provide a satin/matte finish and improve the external wear characteristics of nail lacquer.
Application:For a flawless nail lacquer finish. Allow final nail lacquer coat to dry to the touch prior to applying topcoat. Apply only one-coat of Matte topcoat.

On the rare occasion that I use a matte top coat (I prefer glossy nails), this one does the trick!
Two coats, dry for over 24 hours, and the polish didn't stay intact for even one dishwashing.
I was saddened.
Addendum: I used the base coat, then two coats of polish, and it has remained intact for two days!
