Application:Apply one coat of nail strengthener on clean and dry nails. Use 2-3 times per week for two weeks. Remove and reapply original application.

I’m a physical therapist assistant that does aquatic therapy exclusively, so I’m in a chlorine pool 5 days a week. My nails were strugglinggggggg. I got this a month or so ago and used it religiously the past 3 weeks and OMG my nails are SO MUCH BETTER. they look great and I am super pleased.

I use this over my First Aid Kiss. It's a little stiffer and keeps my nails from breaking, especially if I accidentally hit my hands on something.
