This polish is a sheer, which I do not usually use. When my nails are short, however, this polish works well to give me some color and coverage and goes on nicely.

The color is very transparent but does not last less than a week and I have to redo. Not sure what I am doing wrong, I use that base and top coat but have experienced chipping with no hard work within a few days

For a longer-lasting manicure, we recommend buffing/filing the nails, ensuring the nail beds are completely clean from oils or dust residue, applying a base and top coat, applying thin coats, and allowing each layer to fully dry before applying another. Additionally, we suggest you to try “capping” the nail tips to lock in the color.To extend the life of your manicure, “cap” the free edge of each nail by swiping the brush horizontally across the tip. This helps to seal the polish and prevent chipping. Lifestyle and general nail health can affect the longevity of each individuals manicure, we suggest wearing gloves when doing dishes or work with hands and be sure your nails and cuticles are sufficiently hydrated before application.
These steps can prevent the manicure from streaking, chipping, or peeling easily.

When I first pulled this bottle out of my package I was initially disappointed. I was hoping it wasn't going to be a sheer. But once I put it on I fell in love with it. This is the absolute perfect nude color, looks like my natural nails just prettier!
