I applied a polish in two coats plus your base and top coat and had 5 out of 10 fingernails chipped withing 24 hours: minimal hand washing, no dishes or shower or scrubbing of anything.
This is quite disappointing to me.

We're sorry to hear you experienced chipping on half of your nails within 24 hours, especially when being careful with your hands. This is definitely not the performance we want you to experience.
For better longevity, we recommend "capping" the nail tips to lock in the color - simply swipe the brush horizontally across the free edge of each nail with both the color and top coat. This helps seal the polish and prevent early chipping. Additionally, ensuring your nails are completely clean from oils before application and allowing each layer to fully dry between coats can help improve durability.
