Cinnamon Swirl

Ella and Mila is a game changer for me and my toe nails. I'm in my fifties. I've been painting my toenails since I was in my 20's. I've used the cheapest polishes and remover. Over the last few years something has changed and my toenails have become destroyed. They look ugly without nail polish.I've been buying even some of the better ones at the store and I also started using acetone removers. The acetone I'm sure is what started some of my nail issues. My toenails have the keratin spots and look awful. I soak my feet and do my own pedicures. I get the same damage on my nails if I go have a pedicure as a treat from their professional products. I started doing some pedicures as treats for my daughter-in-law and my daughter. I also thought they maybe would help, but I almost think they made it worse when I've had them. The products at the pedicure salon I noticed are the same destructive product that is in the store. I have had to grow them out to make them look better and I have done things that they say to get the keratin spots gone from filing, home remedies and I don't feel any of it is worth it because of the damage that has happened to my nails. I searched online at all sorts of remedies. After I grew them out I thought I would just stop painting my nails , but I really like having pretty toenails.
