How to use: File your nails in a swift but gentle motion, side to side, using the softer side. Use the coarse side to buff your nails by placing the buffer flat on top of the nail bad and gently moving it side to side.

It's Ben and long time since I bought a new file buffer. This one has a unique shape which makes it easier to use. You simply file around the nail to shape as you like, round or square. Then flip it over and buff the edges to smooth out any ragid edges. Also it comes in a 5 pack, so you don't have to keep purchasing a new one.
