Went on easily, after base coat.
This is my first bottle of ella+mila polish and overall I like it. The coverage was good and the color has strong pigment. It started to chip in about four days. I used my own base coat and top coat. I have been using Deborah Lippman polish, base, and top coat for years and wanted to try something different.
Love my blues perfect for the summer.
