Confetti Cheer Nail Polish
Looks great over any nail polish. But, very hard to remove. I used soy remover wipes and then used soy remover on cotton balls and still could not get this nail polish off. I had to go buy a nail polish with acetone to get this nail polish off. Threw away the nail polish and will never use again.
