ella+mila offers FREE shipping on all retail (not wholesale) orders in the continental USA using "Standard Ground". Expedited shipping not included. You will be responsible for any lost or stolen packages and will need to inquire with the delivery company. Free ground shipping offer is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, and may not be resold. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time. If any of these terms are violated, the offer will be invalid.

ella+mila offers international shipping to Canada. Rates and transit times are subject to change. Shipments will incur additional costs/duties/fees/tariffs.

Stolen or Missing
ella+mila is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Therefore, it's highly recommended that you opt for Premium Shipping Protection during checkout to ensure that you're safeguarded against any unlikely situations and can have peace of mind. With Premium Shipping Protection, you'll have a delivery guarantee in place in case your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, giving you the assurance that you'll receive a replacement or refund.

Lost Orders or Tracking Issues

  • If you encounter any issues with lost orders or tracking, please note that an order will only be deemed lost if the tracking information fails to confirm the package status as "delivered."
  • If the tracking data shows no movement or gets stuck after the shipping period has elapsed, the order may be considered lost, and a claim will need to be initiated.
  • In the event of lost-in-transit orders, claims must be filed within 30 days from the last available tracking update to be eligible for compensation.

Stolen

  • If your tracking information indicates that your order status is "delivered," but you have not received the package, the order will be considered stolen.
  • We request that you wait for 3 days from the date the package was marked as delivered before contacting us to file a claim.
  • To file a claim for stolen orders, it is necessary to do so within 15 days from the date the package was marked as delivered.
