This product contains Vitamin E. This product does not contain Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), TPHP or Xylene. The nail strengthener is used for weak, thin, splitting or peeling nails.
Application:
Weeks 1 and 2 - Apply one coat of nail strengthener to bare, clean nails. After seven days, remove from nails using a non-acetone remover.
Weeks 3 and 4 – Apply one coat of nail strengthener every other day. Remove at the end of the second day using a non-acetone remover before reapplying.
*Once you have completed the 4 week process, continue to use re-hydrating nail strengthener as a base coat underneath shaded nail enamel, if needed. You may repeat this 4 week process if you feel your nails need additional TLC.
*First Aid Kiss can be used underneath nail polish but please note that since it is not an actual base coat, your manicure just may not last as long.

I tried gel polish at the nail salon because I liked the thought of having nail color for 2-weeks. On the 2nd manicure, they took off the gel by sanding it down. Not only it hurt, but it weaken my nails. They were so brittle, layers started to separate and they broke easily. I tried different nail strengthening products, but The First Aid Kiss was the only one that strengthened and help grow my natural nails. I don’t use any other strengthening product. I never leave reviews for things unless they are life changing.. but let me tell you! My nails have always been thin and bendy/brittle. They are also recently destroyed due to acrylics. My nails would peel if I didn't have a base coat on them, and even when I did!
I'm on week 2 of this product and I haven't had a problem with peeling yet! I do add an extra layer to a couple problem nails and it works like a charm! I absolutely love this and am so glad I finally found a product that works and is safe!
Just this past year, my nails have become noticeably brittle. It seems that I have had to do a daily repair on at least one nail. Now, after using First Aid Kiss, my nails are healthy again! I’m so pleased with the product that I bought a bottle for a friend whose nails are a mess from years of gels and other harsh treatments. I know that she’ll get the results that she has longed for!
Ok, my nails need all the help I can give them. This product, first aid, is the first nail product I bought from Ella +Mila many moons ago. I have had to grind or cut down my nails due to them tearing or peeling since I don’t take care of them when I’m outside gardening, washing dishes, etc and my nails dry out. Now, my goal is to leave extra oil at my kitchen sink and to follow the first aid directions throughly.
It is great on my nails, can really see the difference on how healthy they are. I get comments on them all the time!
